User Data Deletion

Overview

Phase Craft respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your data through the application settings or by contacting our support team.

How to Delete Your Data (In-App)

Follow these steps to delete your data directly from the app:

  1. Open Phase Craft on your device
  2. Go to the Settings menu
  3. Select Delete User Data
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information and username
  • Gameplay progress and statistics
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Achievement and leaderboard data
  • Any data stored in our Supabase database associated with your account

Important Warning

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you reinstall the game after deletion, you will start with a fresh account and all previous progress will be lost.

Alternative Deletion Method

If you are unable to delete your data through the app, you can request deletion by contacting us directly:

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your username or profile name
  • The email address associated with your account (if any)
  • A clear statement requesting data deletion

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Third-Party Data

Please note that data collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is subject to their own data deletion policies. To manage data held by these services:
