By downloading, installing, or using Phase Craft ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items or currency for purchase. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you

6. Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using the Game, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and all content, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, sounds, and software, are owned by Phase Craft and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phase Craft and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.

11. Modifications to the Game and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time
• Change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version

Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
